The Shop

a view of the full counters and shelves!
Beverly Bremer Silver Shop has been in business in Atlanta, Georgia for over 30 years—we are a Buckhead landmark! Brides, husbands, mothers, and daughters alike frequent our shop looking for that perfect gift, pattern, or personal treat in sterling silver.
All of our pieces hail direct from manufacturers, other dealers, and individuals, and each piece is hand inspected before it is entered into our extensive inventory. If ever you receive a piece of sterling from us that is less than extraordinary, we guarantee a full refund or replacement.
The service at Beverly Bremer Silver Shop shines as brightly as the silver! Our tried and true sales staff has a combined 54 years served here in our nook on Peachtree Road. Each day we stand ready to answer your phone calls or greet you on your visit with insight into the traditions of silver, history of patterns and makers, or specific details of your desired piece.
Polishing, Repairs, and Monograms—Oh My!
We employ two professional in-house polishers who work on every piece before it leaves the store. Our estate pieces, once they leave their hands, often look more beautiful than the new! We will polish your own silver flatware, tea sets, bowls, tray—anything!—bring it by or call us for an estimate. Your silver can often be returned to you within the week.
Should your sterling silver tray have an unsightly dent or your teapot has a handle that needs tightening, we work with a professional silversmith to complete repairs on your items and on our own. Work is priced on a case by case basis and items needing repairs are best evaluated in person.
We also offer hand engraving on any of our items. Wedding invitations and birth announcements are often celebrated here with an engraved collectible. Our baby cups, youth sets, and feeding spoons often meet julep cups and wine coasters at our engraver’s to be adorned with your preference of inscription or initials.
I have a silver service that has been stored and in need of polishing and cleaning. I have worked on the coffee pot but it took me 2 or 3 hours to get to a point I could stop. I read about the wonderful clean crew you all have and am interested in sending it to you along with a water pitcher.
If you have a ‘guestimate’ of the price I would appreciate a ball park figure before venturing into the idea of cleaning any other pieces.
The service was one of the first Christmas Gifts from my deceased husband 45 years ago. I want to start using it again because of the memories my children have of it and him.
Thank you,
Mary Lange
I am searching for my sterling silver flatware pattern Stratavarius by Wallace. Do you have any available ?
Thankyou
Have you ever seen a 3 tiered stand that has plates at 4″, 3″, 2″ wide? It was very tiny such as a child might have played with for a “tea” about 8″ tall.
Thank you
Based on your description of the plates, they would of been apart of either a salesman’s sample in a store or made for a doll house! It is a interesting piece and hard to come by in good condition. I hope this helps with the identification.
Thank you for your question and I look forward to helping you in the future.
Any info on a set of Reed and Barton “harlequin” coffee spoons..? Got them after my mother passed but i know they were my grandmothers. I have a set of 8, all look in great shape. Any info on value ? Thanks
Question for the experts: I am wondering if it is possible to serve the following foods in sterling silver serving pieces or will they ruin the finish: egg salad, sliced onions, and sliced tomatoes?
Thanks for any advice on this question.
Dear Eve,
Egg salad will not ruin the finish, but will tarnish the silver quickly–as you watch. Onions and tomatoes are not a problem, but the silver should be washed soon after dinner.
Happy to help!!
